The Week Ahead
This Sunday is the fourth Sunday after Epiphany. If we have church (on Wednesday, the forecast is for 7 degrees when church is to start), we will be good stewards and re-use the bulletins from Jan. 25. Watch email, Facebook, and the church web page for announcements.
Linda's message is “Leaving Our Nets.” The choir will perform “Heavenly Light.” We will welcome Bill Rumley as a member of Northside as he joins by transfer from First Presbyterian Church, Norfolk.
Lucian will be teaching the adult Sunday School class. This Sunday, he will lead the class on "Alcoholism" and on February 8 he will lead the class on "Healthy Investing."
Ron Pearson’s memorial service is scheduled to be at Northside at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 31. |

The Big Event The VT Big Event is on Saturday, April 11, and Northside will be requesting students for a church work day. Our request needs to be in by February 20. Please let Steve Cole, Finance and Facilities, know of projects to work on that day, especially ones that can use the help of the students. The students can work a maximum of four hours and are not allowed to use power tools.
